But OH SO WORTH IT. I had so much fun doing this. I'm very pleased with everything in this. save for his hand... it's a little wonky. BUT I WAS SO CLOSE. *sigh*

You guys get the mostly text-less version, without the chapter heading. cuz I love you.

Anyway, I am SUPER proud of this picture. :]

Let's talk about the creative process. Which was this:
I sketched this in pencil in my trusty sketchbook. I then scanned the sketchbook into my mac and went over the original pencil lineart, I wanted to give the appearance of a watercolor painting..ish. SO, I used brown for the lineart instead of black, I carefully painted in all the colors using a brush that's been in my photoshop for ETERNITY, and I went from there. This was the final project!
